PM-eBus Sewa scheme will augment city electric bus operations by extending Central Assistance (CA) for 10,000 electric bus operation using Gross Cost Contract (GCC) - wet lease model in 169 cities on per kilometer (km) basis for 10 years or up to March 2037. Under this scheme, state/city to provide undertaking by to implement Intelligent Transit Management System (ITMS).
